Southern Africa: Summit Fails SADC Citizens
The final communique from the Heads of State and Government summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) in Luanda failed to mention either the 19 Malawians who were killed during anti-government and pro-democracy demonstrations in July or the brutal crackdown on peaceful protests in Swaziland.
