Africa: Winners of Commonwealth Cultural Exchange Programme Announced
Seven artists were chosen from nearly 200 applicants to win the Commonwealth Foundation's 2011 Commonwealth Connections International Arts Residencies, including Jamaican dancer and choreographer Neila-Ann Ebanks, who was awarded the first dance residency in Canada later this year.
