Kenya: Saitoti, Itere Ordered to File Response

The High Court has ordered Internal Security minister George Saitoti and Police Commissioner Mathew Iteere to file their response to a suit seeking to stop the transfer of more than 700 police officers. Justice J R Karanja said Iteere and Saitoti should file their official response by October 4 when the case filed by the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy will be heard.
