South Africa: Africa to Talk Climate-Smart Agriculture At Cop 17

African ministers responsible for agriculture will use the upcoming 17th Conference of the Parties (COP 17) of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to push for "climate-smart agriculture."
